Facebook tool for job boards.

Following on from a few things I've mentioned before I've noticed that facebook now does have a tool that can be used as a tool for job board integration. Facebook connect can now be used to seamlessly integrate a candidate's facebook profile with your job board content. It allows a candidate to view how many connections of theirs are on the site and allows you to feed news direct to them, I would guess in the format of job feeds. The opportunity for engagement is obviously much higher but I'd question the point and significance to a large generalist though, thus far, they are the only early adopters I have found. I would have though the social aspect for niche job boards offers much more opportunity.
