Well I've been stupidly busy the last few days chasing people for the awards and making sure everything is in line for the conference. I'm hosting the afternoon trade conference for the first time this year, should be a great experience. That is once I've worked out exactly what I'm going to say to introduce it! There are just SO many topics to cover right now it's getting silly, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, unemployment, the pull back in marketing spend, Newspaper groups downsizing, the guy who applied for 1,000 jobs... Where to begin??? I've got my initial thoughts down but I'm sure what gets covered in the morning session will guide me ultimately. Anyway, as anyone who knows me will attest I'm rarely good sticking to a script!
Hopefully I'll see you there, anyone wanting tickets for either the day or the awards then let me know, might be able to squeeze you in.
