Interesting post on Louise's blog about a conversation with Derek at Monster. Isn't this shutting the gate after the horse has bolted though? The post from Monster's employee was on the 21st Jan and the blog from Louise was on the 28th Jan and it's taken until now for someone to say "sorry, we made a cock up". In an industry where immediacy is paramount leaving it that long does not come across as handling it at all well.
