New players and blogging motivation..

Well, Monday has dragged itself around again, I was thinking about not blogging today until I read this
this on digitalrecruiting and I thought if 4 million others can be bothered then so should I.

There have been some interesting developments in the ad agency / recruitment technology space, well from people I know that is.

Really good to see Rich Purvis has struck out on his own with Crunch DMC , he has some great clients coming on board already and certainly has the knowledge and experience to turn the business into something great.

Also Tim Suggitt over at Aktor is bringing their platform to the UK, they sit somewhere between multi poster and advertising agency and offer a pretty broad range of servces. How they will fit into the UK recruitment community is yet to be seen but the early signs are apparently very good. Not sure what the other general multiposters will think, I'm sure we'll hear from Dan at Broadbean and a few others in due course.

So the week ahead is a busy one as usual, alongside work I'm slowly learning HTML in my spare time as well as devouring every blog I can lay my hands on, so expect to see more industry comment and info as I wrap my head around blogging a little more.. have a good day.
